They fit exactly as they should. I ordered 1/2 size larger (not necessary), but a sock takes care of the small difference. Next order I’ll order true to size.
These are the best walking shoes I have ever had. I have had to use orthotics for 40 years. Since I got my first pair of AKK shoes I have not used my orthotic inserts!. I even told my podiatrist and he had never heard of them but plans to look into them more. I am on my third pair. Being non-skid is also a benefit.
Love that they have enough ‘give’ to just slip on.

I bought two colors: white and blue. The blue is more of a periwinkle shade, but a nice color.
